Beneath the chips

Beneath the Chips is a psychological suspense RPG game aimed at young players, presented in a cyberpunk pixel art style. The player takes on the role of Iris, a casino shill who has been framed after a disastrous final round in a private casino. Once trusted by clients and valued for her good luck, Iris loses her job overnight and is suddenly forced to face an enormous debt. Although she insists that she only acted on the advice of others, she is blamed for the loss and pushed into a dangerous situation.

As Iris, players must explore the casino, speak with different characters, and collect evidence that can help prove her innocence. Through dialogue choices, item collection, and scene investigation, players gradually uncover hidden motives, conflicting stories, and the truth behind the accusation. Key evidence such as surveillance recordings, redemption slips, and call logs become essential to understanding what really happened.

At its core, the game explores betrayal, manipulation, friendship, and survival in an environment shaped by greed and control. Through its tense atmosphere and narrative driven gameplay, Beneath the Chips invites players to question who can truly be trusted, examine every clue carefully, and help Iris uncover the fragile line between friendship and betrayal before she loses everything.
